This role is central to driving positive change, supporting managers, and fostering a progressive employment culture. You’ll deliver a wide range of generalist HR services, provide expert guidance on employee relations, and contribute to strategic people initiatives. Your new role This role delivers a broad range of HR advisory and administrative support, including guiding managers, handling HR queries, and ensuringpliance with employment legislation. The HR Officer also contributes to HR objectives and supports learning and development initiatives aligned with business needs. What you'll need to succeed Key Skills & Attributes required for this role include:Strong knowledge of employment relations, employment law, and ACAS guidelinesBroad HR experience in fast-paced environmentsProficiency in managing employee data and recordsExcellent writtenmunication and document/report creation skillsAdvanced PC skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and ExcelStrong interpersonal skills with an approachable, collaborative styleHigh attention to detail and accuracyPositive, proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative and suggest improvementsEffective time management and ability to work at pace to meet objectivesCIPD Level 3 qualification What you'll get in return This organisation will offer apetitive remuneration package and great exposure to a wider HR team and a range of generalist HR activities.
