Confident using digital systems and maintaining accurate records to support effective case management. Experience working with offenders or marginalised groups, particularly in justice, training, or counselling settings. Comfortable working in target-driven environments with clear performance expectations. Insight into the challenges of rehabilitation and the barriers individuals face in custody. Familiarity with prison environments and the structure, culture, and safeguarding considerations involved. Skills Required Ability to create a professional yet approachable presence, building rapport quickly with participants.
