On behalf of our client, we’re delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious Assistant Manager to join a high-performing estate agency office in the busy Witham area. This is a fantastic next step for an experienced Assistant Manager looking to take on greater responsibility, or a high-performing Senior Negotiator with a strong track record in valuations and listings, ready to progress into a leadership role. Operating in a high-volume market that spans the full spectrum of the property landscape, this position offers the chance to work closely with engaged buyers and key clients, contribute meaningfully to business growth, and play a pivotal role in a successful team. If your client-facing skills are second to none and you're looking for a fresh challenge with strong career progression potential, this is a role worth exploring. As an Assistant Manager, you will be offered: Competitive basic salary (depending on experience) Up to £55,000 OTE Company Car or Car Allowance Regular team incentives, outings, and competitions Health & Wellbeing support Pension enrolment Career progression and leadership opportunities As an Assistant Manager, your duties will include: Carry out valuations and win new instructions Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors Manage viewings, offers, and sales progression Collaborate with in-house mortgage, protection, and lettings teams Mentor and develop junior team members Support the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations To be considered for the Assistant Manager role, you must have Proven experience in estate agency, particularly in valuations and winning instructions Full UK driving licence Target-driven, self-motivated, and commercially astute Excellent communication and client-facing skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong IT skills and quick to learn new systems
