Social worker – LAC – £38 p/hr – No Court NonStop Care is currently working with a well-established local authority in the North Wales who are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join Looked After Children team. They will offer excellent hybrid working allowing you to spend less time travelling and giving you more time at home, improving your work/life balance You will have no court work, allowing for you to spend less time of admin and more at home with your family/friends. Responsibilities: To work closely with the children in your care to evaluate the needs of the children and the best methods to implement changes, so that they can be kept safe and reach their full potential in all areas. You will have experience analysing and completing assessments and writing children’s plans to a high standard with an emphasis on showing the voice of the children, young people, and families to ensure that the best outcomes can be achieved.
