Placement Role OutlineThis role will be integrated across the academy sport science and physical development programme. You will support the collection and management of key data streams describing training stimuli, player load, adaptation, fatigue, health and wellness. You will learn about technology management and integration within the training process, and about data informed decision making and planning. You will be engaged in supporting the coaching environment on the grass and in the gym through regular training and injury rehabilitation, and processes aligned to effective player nutrition, hydration and recovery. You should be an effective communicator and engaged with learning across a range of domains demonstrating applied knowledge across the performance development process.RequirementsThe successful candidate will need to meet the following requirements:• Studying for a BSc or MSc in Sports Science, Strength & Conditioning, Sport Rehabilitation or equivalent with a year-long placement (sandwich year) as part of their degree.• Valid and accepted enhanced FA DBS CRC (Criminal Background Check) or be willing to undertake this check if successful• Valid UK Driving Licence
