A charming, bright and child-centered primary school based in Calne is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to promote and assist the delivery of classroom learning in Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. This is a perfect prospect for aspiring teachers to start their career in education and to gain an understanding of the National Curriculum. As a teaching assistant, you will co-operate with specialist and outstanding teachers to stimulate an engaging and effective learning environment that allows learners to thrive to reach their potentials. The teaching assistant role is a fulfilling and meaningful position where each day provides new challenges. As a Teaching Assistant, you could be the positive role model that a child desperately needs in order for them to succeed. This is a golden opening for a recent graduate who is pursuing a career in education or an for an experienced teaching assistant who is looking for a new challenge. Previous working experience with children is favourable for this teaching assistant position but is not essential. Relevant experience could include mentoring, coaching, tutoring, assisting in a nursery, childcare, or similar experience in a classroom setting. Supporting children with ASD, behavioral issues and learning difficulties would be extremely beneficial for this role. * Teaching Assistant * ASAP Start * Primary Mainstream School * £80 - £95 per day * Calne * Full-Time 8:30am – 3:30pm The senior leadership team are actively seeking individuals who are charismatic, determined and willing to step out of their comfort zone to ensure each child has the chance to succeed.
