Maybe you’re an experienced and highly capable Teaching Assistant who is now looking for an opportunity to support a pupil in a 1:1 capacity? i-teachers are currently working with an inspiring secondary school in Manchester who are eager to add a resilient, empathetic and outgoing 1:1 LSA to their special educational needs (SEN) department in a full-time role. 1:1 Learning Support Assistant – Role information: 1:1 Learning Support Assistant Supporting a pupil in KS3 with complex learning difficulties Planning and conducting fun and engaging learning experiences Being a consistent source of academic, social and emotional support Monday to Friday role for the full academic year Paid up to £500 PAYE per week during term time Working hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm approximately Located in Bury 1:1 Learning Support Assistant – Applicant requirements: Experienced Tutor, Mentor or Teaching Assistant Prior experience working with children with SEN Excellent organisation and communication skills Ability to remain patient, supportive and determined Passionate about the development of every child 1:1 Learning Support Assistant – The School: Warm, supportive and caring secondary school Ofsted rated Good SEN department with experienced SENCO Supportive and outgoing teaching support department Passionate about equal opportunities for every children Public transport links nearby
