Your Role:Support students with SEMH, Autism and behavioural challenges on a 1:1 and small-group basis.Build trust, provide emotional support and help learners re-engage with education.Work closely with teachers, mentors and behaviour leads to implement individual support plans.Encourage personal growth, resilience and positive choices.
