Our client, a leader in cutting-edge technology for health and safety, is actively seeking a Technical Business Analyst to drive forward their strategic digital initiatives. This pivotal role will interface between technology solutions and business needs, focusing on developing technologies that promote a safer, cleaner, and healthier future.

Drive the definition and development of digital solutions to meet the strategic needs of the business. Serve as the technical and functional expert, ensuring that solutions align effectively with business objectives and technology standards. Lead stakeholder workshops, developing use cases, user stories, and test cases to demonstrate the potential impacts of new solutions. Provide consultation to stakeholders on the adoption of new technologies and support the integration of these solutions across business processes. Participate in system and user acceptance testing, document business processes, and support change management and training initiatives. A minimum of 4 years' experience in business analysis, specifically in configuring and customizing systems such as ERP, CRM, and other business applications. Demonstrated expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a preference for candidates who have DevOps experience. Proven ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to a variety of stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach.
