Role & Responsibilities Lead and contribute to a variety of landscape design, public realm, and masterplanning projects Develop creative, sustainable, and people-focused design solutions Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes Prepare and present design proposals, drawings, and reports Support project management, client engagement, and job-winning activities Required Skills & Experience 2-5 years’ professional experience as a Landscape Architect in the UK Chartered or on the pathway to Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute Strong design and technical skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modelling Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience of working across different project stages from concept to delivery What you get back Salary of £45,000-£55,000 Flexible working for a balanced work/home life Profit share as part of an employee-owned business Private health insurance with wellness incentives Employee Assistance Programme with confidential support Enhanced maternity, paternity, and shared parental leave Above-standard pension contributions Up to 29 days holiday plus bank holidays Sabbatical opportunities £1,000 employee referral bonus Free eye tests and contribution towards glasses Cycle to work scheme and season ticket loans Generous sick pay and one paid volunteer day annually
