We have an opportunity for a Senior Civil Engineer to join a growing Civils team based in Bristol. You'll be joining an up and coming, modern consultancy with the opportunity to progress through the ranks.

As a Senior Engineer your duties would include detailed design, liaising with clients and mentoring junior members of the team (apprentice technicians, junior engineers and similar).

Duties:

Detailed drainage, highway and infrastructure design Managing projects and dealing with clients Working within an established team, working alongside the structures team Working towards chartership/IEng Projects:

You would be working on a range of sectors, including:

Commercial Health Residential Conservation Plus more – you would be working autonomously with support from the senior management team.

Technical Skills we are looking for:

Working experience of FRAs, Suds and Pre-Planning Advice. Working experience of drainage and highway design and detailing to S38, S278 and S104 agreements. Working experience of MicroDrainage WinDES, Tuflow (optional), HECRAS (optional). Use of AutoCAD/Autodesk Civil 3D preferred but not essential. Working appreciation of highway and general structures. You will be encouraged and given opportunities to work towards a professional qualification commensurate with your academic qualifications.

Your development will set out in a career development plan agreed with your director and actioned though our structured appraisal process.
