Our client, a leading consultancy in Bristol, is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Principal Civil Engineer, Highways to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Principal Civil Engineer, Highways to lead and shape major highway projects, ensuring excellence in design and delivery.
About the Role: As a Principal Civil Engineer, Highways, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing highway engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Working on S278's, S38's, and primarily assisting in the delivery of design on residential projects with units ranging from 350 to 3000.
- Collaborating closely with house developers to ensure seamless project integration.
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Utilizing 3D software like Civils 3D for project design and implementation.
