Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – September StartLocation: Coventry, CV6 Contract Type: Full-Time (Term-Time Only) Start Date: September 2025 Salary: Dependent on experienceA friendly and inclusive primary school in the CV6 area of Coventry is looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils across Key Stages and make a meaningful impact in their educational journey.About the Role:Support pupils with their learning on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, or within the classroom settingWork closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement targeted support strategiesHelp create a positive and inclusive learning environmentEncourage pupil independence and confidenceSupport pupils’ social and emotional development as neededThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Previous experience working with children in a school or educational settingA patient, caring, and flexible approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsAn understanding of safeguarding and the ability to follow school proceduresA relevant LSA/Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)We Offer:A supportive and welcoming team environmentOpportunities for professional development and trainingA well-resourced and inclusive learning environmentThe chance to make a real difference in pupils’ livesSafeguarding and Compliance: This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
