CV Screen is recruiting for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join a leading international charity based in Cambridge. With a salary of up to £45,000 and a hybrid work model (2-3 days in the office), this is a fantastic opportunity to join a values-led organisation transforming lives globally through healthcare, education, and emergency relief programmes. Youll be joining a supportive, inclusive team focused on innovation, collaboration, and positive change. Duties & Responsibilities Lead the delivery of integrated direct and digital marketing campaigns to engage supporters, churches, and mid-value donors. Manage acquisition activities across digital and traditional channels, including social media, print, email, and telemarketing. Oversee legacy and in-memoriam giving campaigns. Develop and manage relationships with external agencies and digital partners. Line manage and inspire two Marketing Officers, supporting their growth and development. What Experience is Required Proven track record in a senior marketing or digital fundraising role, ideally within the charity sector. Strong experience in delivering successful multichannel campaigns and managing digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta, etc.). Experience leading a team and working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
