We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team, reporting to the Business Development Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business leads, working with the Senior Digital Consultant to secure new clients, and collaborating with our Digital Communications & Graphics Specialist to deliver targeted marketing campaigns, whilst keeping up with latest trends with competitor analysis. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent multitasking skills, as you will manage multiple campaigns, gather market intelligence, and drive lead generation across various sectors.
About You 3 - Generate and qualify new business leads, passing them on to the Senior Digital Consultant for closure.
- Work closely with the Senior Digital Communications & Graphics Specialist to develop and deliver effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and track leads through cold calling campaigns and other outbound activities, ensuring accurate reporting and updates within the CRM.
- Attend trade shows and lead generation events to promote My Learning Cloud's products and network with potential clients.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to help guide the company's strategic direction.
- Organise and schedule meetings between potential clients and the Senior Digital Consultant.
- Help create marketing materials and innovative content to support lead generation efforts and improve customer conversion rates.
- Support new business opportunities, including events, tenders, and product demos, ensuring full coverage of our offerings.
