  5. Develop a good understanding of the products and services that Leonard Curtis offers.
  6. Work closely with Leonard Curtis directors and specialists to introduce our service lines to existing accountant contacts and further develop these relationships.
  7. Use prospecting skills to identify and secure new relationships with professional contacts.
  8. Manage a pipeline of new opportunities to ensure potential clients and cases are followed up in a timely manner.
  9. Attend networking events, seminars and group social events that enhance your network, and help to build the Leonard Curtis brand.
  10. Support the organisation of business development events, arranging and confirming delegate attendance and ensuring effective delivery.
  11. Ensure that all information relating to calls, emails and meetings is regularly recorded on the CRM system.

Skills required:

  1. 2 years previous experience of working with accountants or in a client-facing role, such as business development executive or client manager.
  2. Experience growing and developing a portfolio of contacts, both from a volume and revenue perspective.
  3. Some technical experience in accountancy, insolvency or law is an advantage.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  5. Self-motivation with the ability to use initiative and be proactive.
  6. A willingness to learn and be flexible.
  7. Excellent telephone skills.
  8. Strong attention to detail.
  9. Polite with a calm and professional manner, and a positive outlook.
  10. Good computer skills (including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems).
  11. Diary management and organisational skills.

What we will give you:

  1. 27 days holiday allowance + statutory public holidays.
  2. Contributory Pension Scheme (5% company contribution).
  3. Private health insurance cover for yourself.
  4. Laptop and fully expensed phone.
