Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Working as a Software Engineer you will play a pivotal role in the product development lifecycle from initial concept through to post-launch analysis, you'll be deeply involved in every aspect of software development, ensuring the platform evolves to meet the needs of a global user base. Working closely with UI/UX designers, you will develop new features and continuous improvements to the platform, helping safety teams worldwide operate more efficiently.

Collaborate on the end-to-end development of the software platform, from concept to deployment. Work closely with UI/UX designers to iterate and develop new features. Continuously improve the platform to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Engage directly with customers, understanding their needs, and translating them into practical solutions. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of the platform. Provide ongoing post-launch support and contribute to post-launch analysis for product improvement. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices for clean, maintainable code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and scalability.

About You:

You have experience building web applications from scratch in a production environment. You have experience in server-side programming languages such as Python or PHP. You understand relational databases and SQL and can work with this in a day-to-day manner. You have experience in integrating with secure APIs. You can demonstrate comprehensive front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript. You have experience using source control such as Git. You have a passion for both client-side and server-side development and love seeing our software serve the customer better. You're a team player with a positive attitude, you like finding creative ways to solve problems, and thrive working in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

You have previous experience in server administration. You understand and have experience in building secure RESTful APIs. You have experience in building Mobile
