With over 30 years of successful trading, a turnover of circa £25m, and a strong team in place, this is a chance to take a pivotal role within a highly reputable company. Offering a salary of £100,000 plus an outstanding benefits package, the role will initially be office-based, with flexibility once established. This is a rare opportunity for someone either local or looking to relocate to the South West. Duties & Responsibilities Lead financial strategy, planning, and reporting to support long-term business goals. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow with a keen eye on commercial performance. Oversee compliance, HR policies, and payroll to ensure regulatory standards are met. Provide operational leadership, improving systems, processes, and internal controls. Support potential shareholder discussions and wider business growth initiatives. What Experience is Required ACCA or CIMA qualified (or part-qualified) with experience in a commercial finance role. Strong understanding of management accounts, HR legislation, and operational reporting. Experience in a senior finance position, ideally within an owner-managed business.
