Job Title: Social Worker – Adult CommunityLocation: Wirral (Hybrid)Pay Rate: £34 per hourJob Description: Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for its client’s Adult Community Team based in Wirral. What will your responsibilities be? Deliver front-line operational safeguarding for vulnerable adults. Ensure safe staffing levels to meet statutory safeguarding responsibilities. Carry out Care Act assessments and address care and support needs. Respond to and manage safeguarding concerns in line with policy and legislation. Maintain essential service delivery within adult social care.
