Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Adult’s Assessment TeamLocation: WirralRate: Up to £30 per hourLiquid Personnel is currently recruiting registered and experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy Adult’s Assessment Team based in Wirral. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will undertake assessments and reviews, and where appropriate, commission services in line with departmental policies, procedures, and statutory guidance such as The Care Act 2014. You will participate in the department’s safeguarding adults’ procedures, including identification, investigation, and acting as Safeguarding Lead when required. Collaboration with other teams is essential, including joint assessments with providers, carers, and external agencies to deliver outcome-focused services to individuals and their families. You will be expected to fully comply with departmental policies and procedures and the Health and Care Professionals Council’s Code of Conduct for Social Workers, including the capability framework. Additionally, you will empower individuals to make informed choices in compliance with the Care Act 2014.
