The role: To work alongside colleagues in achieving all targets To update and record all production records as required To ensure health & safety measures are followed at all times To be aware of all company quality standards, to remove all defective items To assist in other production areas, if necessary, supporting colleagues and maintaining a great team working environment To inform management of any changes or issues regarding the production schedule To participate in training, pre-shift meetings, and quality audits The person: Proven experience within a team based environment A team player with a pro-active approach to supporting colleagues Ability to work with minimum supervision Strong attention to detail, particularly with quality checks Ability to achieve production targets Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
