The Role As Profit Centre Manager, you'll take the lead on: Driving branch performance, ensuring sales targets and profit margins are achieved. Developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding service. Leading, motivating, and developing your team to achieve their full potential. Managing stock, logistics, and branch operations efficiently and effectively. Delivering on strategic objectives while maintaining compliance and safety standards. About You We're looking for someone with: Proven experience in a similar branch or profit centre management role, ideally within electrical wholesale, trade distribution, or a related sector. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret financial data to make sound business decisions. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team. A proactive approach, with the confidence to make decisions and take ownership of results. Strong customer focus and the ability to build lasting relationships.
