Product Development Manager - LED/LCDYour RoleAs a Product Development Manager within the Transformation & Operations Strategy department, you’ll play a key role in creating and improving digital products, focusing on LCD and LED technologies in outdoor advertising. Collaborating across teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, you’ll ensure products align with commercial and operational objectives while driving innovation and continuous improvement.Reporting to the Technical Director - Product, you’ll develop a forward-looking product roadmap, integrate market insights, and ensure sustainability and cutting-edge technology are central to product development.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Roadmap:Develop and maintain a clear product portfolio strategy.Market Intelligence:Stay informed about technological and competitor advancements, sharing insights with stakeholders.Design & Supply Chain:Refine product design language and build strong supplier relationships, focusing on LED and LCD displays.Innovation:Identify new technologies, evaluate their potential, and support investment decisions.Sustainability:Ensure sustainable practices in product development and procurement.Stakeholder Engagement:Prepare business reports, represent the company at industry events, and create materials for internal and external communication.What You’ll NeedProven experience in product development, particularly in mechanical, electrical, or digital engineering.Strong technical expertise in LCD and LED technologies.Ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from design to implementation.Commercial acumen and stakeholder communication skills.Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Product Engineering (or equivalent).Experience in performance monitoring (, MTTR, MTBF) and proficiency with design tools.
