1:1 SEND Support Assistant – Primary SettingIf you’re someone who brings patience, encouragement and a steady presence into the classroom, this 1:1 SEND Support Assistant role could be a brilliant match. The school is looking for a caring, reliable person who can provide consistent, individualised support to a pupil who needs a little extra help throughout the school day.What the role involves as a SEND SupportYou’ll be working closely with one pupil, helping them feel safe, supported and ready to learn. Your role is to understand their needs, help them navigate routines and build their confidence both in and out of the classroom.
