On offer is a fantastic salary and generous benefits package, along with hybrid working arrangements- with only two days a week needed on-site at either Bristol or Norwich.Job DescriptionAs IT Contract and Commercial Manager you will report into a Senior Contract Manager.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in contracts, commercial management, or supplier relationships who's ready to progress their career. Whether you're new to IT contracts or already well-versed, you'll play a key role in driving performance and adding real value. If you enjoy building strong partnerships and making a tangible impact, this role is for you. You will play a key role in managing their major third-party IT suppliers. Helping strengthen supplier relationships, enhance performance, and deliver real commercial value through effective governance, negotiation, and contract management.The Successful ApplicantA successful IT Contract and Commercial Manager should have:Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business and with suppliers.Experienced in leading governance processes within regulated environments, ensuring compliance, transparency, and operational excellence.Skilled negotiator with a track record of supporting and leading complex IT contract negotiations.Experience in managing and calling off from complex IT framework agreements.Degree-level education or equivalent experience; a CIPS qualification is desirable.What's on OfferFantastic salary circa £55,000 (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).Great hybrid working arrangements, with only two days needed on-site at either Bristol or Norwich offices.Performance-based bonus up to 10% of annual salary.Generous pension scheme with up to 14% employer contribution.Private medical cover.Profit share plans available.Supportive policies including parental and carer's leave.Flexible benefits tailored to you, including sustainability options like cycle-to-work schemes.Extensive well-being support and tools to help you thrive.If you are an experienced IT Contract and Commercial Manager looking for your next challenge with a global name, please apply now
