Role Overview Are you looking to further your legal career within Crime & Regulatory work? A leading law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join their team in Manchester. In this role, you will work for insurers representing large charities, public sector organisations, SMEs, and individuals in a range of regulatory disputes. This includes professional discipline, CQC/Ofsted work, health, safety, environmental, transport, inquests, public law, healthcare crime, and interviews under caution. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be an experienced regulatory lawyer with a strong track record of technical expertise. Advocacy experience is an advantage. Key requirements include: Proven history of technical excellence in crime or regulatory law. Some experience with insurance claims, particularly legal expenses and liability insurance claims would be advantageous. Client management and practice development experience. First-class client care and communication skills. Positive and cooperative interaction with team members. Business development experience is a bonus. What’s on Offer?
