We're looking for a dedicated Resettlement Broker to join our team and help shape the future of resettlement services at HMP Wandsworth.About the RoleAs a Resettlement Broker, you'll be part of a pioneering service commissioned by Oxleas NHS Trust, working closely with healthcare teams to support service users both in custody and through the gate into the community.
