An exciting opportunity has opened for a Retail Allocations Manager to lead the inventory distribution strategy across UK and European retail stores.You'll be responsible for ensuring optimal product mix and availability at store level, working closely with Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, Visual, and Store Operations teams. A key part of this role is managing and developing a team of allocators to support performance and growth.What Youll NeedExperience leading a team in an allocations or merchandising functionStrong retail math and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesHigh attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environmentConfident using Excel and retail systemsA collaborative, proactive mindset with strong organisational skillsThis is a fantastic opportunity to shape stock strategy and contribute to retail growth in a well-established, fast-paced business.As well as a very competitive salary, you will have 1 day working from home and a comprehensive benefits package
