And every member of staff genuinely pulls together.What your days will look like: Teaching small classes of secondary-aged pupils with complex needs Adapting learning to suit individual communication styles and sensory profiles Working closely with TAs, therapists, and a supportive leadership team Creating a safe, structured space where pupils feel understood and valued Celebrating progress that others might miss, but you never do This role could be a great fit if you: Have QTS, or relevant teaching experience in a SEND or specialist setting Are confident supporting pupils with autism and PMLD Bring patience, empathy, and a steady presence into the classroom Believe behaviour is communication, not a problem to be fixed Want to work somewhere that values people over paperwork Why this school?
