RETAIL SUPERVISOR - M&S Gatwick Airport Pay Rate: £13.80 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £15.30 per hour. Shift Pattern: Full-Time (37.5 hrs). Shifts between 5am and midnight, any 5 shifts out of 7. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays. Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive. Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
