Year 1 ASD Teaching Assistant – Primary School (NW4) Year 1 ASD Teaching Assistant – Primary School (NW4) Location: Barnet, NW4 Start Date: ASAP or January 2026 Contract Type: Full-time (term-time only) Pay Rate: £101.40–£110 per day (depending on experience) Are you a passionate and patient Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a child’s learning journey? We’re working with a welcoming North West London primary school who are seeking a dedicated Year 1 ASD Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. The Role You will be supporting a Year 1 pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them to access the curriculum and develop key communication and social skills. Your role will involve working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external specialists to create a nurturing and structured learning environment.
