As a valued Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in shaping children’s early development—supporting their speech, language, and social skills while helping them build the strong foundations they’ll carry through life?Requirements Significant experience working with children or young children.Support pupils in developing speech, language, and communication skills.Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement targeted interventions.Assist in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.Foster positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
