Trusts & Foundations Fundraising Manager Witney, Oxfordshire Permanent, Full-time (35 hour week) £30,000 - £38,000 PAMy client, a meaningful and impactful charity supporting vulnerable individuals andmunities, are looking for a Trusts and Foundations Fundraising Manager to join their vibrant team.You will be part of a growing, mission driven organisation and work in a collaborative, values-led environment with opportunities for professional development.Key ResponsibilitiesSecure one-off and multi-year grants to meet annual ie targetsResearch and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective funders (using Raiser’s Edge NXT)Writepelling funding proposals and tailored cases for supportDeliver inspiring impact reports and maintain excellent donor stewardshipCollaborate across teams to maximise fundraising opportunitiesEnsurepliance with fundraising regulations and GDPRContribute to organisational culture and widermunity initiativesEssential RequirementsMinimum 2 years’ experience in Trusts & Foundations fundraisingProven track record of meeting ie targets and securing new fundingStrong research, bid writing, and grant management skillsExcellent relationship-building andmunication abilitiesKnowledge of fundraisingernance and GDPRplianceDegree-level education or equivalent experienceThe Ideal CandidateExperience with restricted/unrestricted funding and multi-year grantsProactive, creative, and detail-oriented approachFamiliarity with CRM systems (, Raiser’s Edge NXT)Understanding of safeguarding and child protection principlesWillingness to travel and work occasional flexible hoursGenuine interest in the charity sector
