Package: £80,000 – £100,000 plus packageSkilled Careers are working with a leading Main Contractor who are looking for a Senior Estimator with a wide range of sector experience to play a key role within the Data Centre and Industrial sector. This Main Contractor work on projects across the UK and are renowned for working within a variety of different sectors. The projects the Senior Estimator will be working on value between £50m and £100m and you will be playing a key role within the business. Responsibilities Play a leading role within the Data Centre and Industrial sector overseeing projects up to £200m. The first key project that you will be involved with is £250m Data Centre project. The current Estimating team consists of five Estimators – Trainee Estimator, Assistant Estimator, Two Estimators, and a Managing Estimator. As the Senior Estimator you will need to assist as well as manage the production of tender documents, attend pre-tender and post tender interviews and provide data as requested. Requirements Ideally a wider range of sector experience but importantly has had dealing within the Data Centre and Industrial sector. Someone who is hands on within the role. May be cliché but someone who is a team player and works well with others. What is it in it for you? £80,000 – £100,000 Car Allowance. Bonus. Joining a business in an exciting period opening a new office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Estimator to work for a leading Main Contractor.
