Your newpany Bristol based client near CliftonYour new role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented accounts payable specialist who is eager to contribute to the ongoing improvement of financial processes and support the smooth running of operations.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesDaily OperationsAccurately and efficiently process supplier invoices and credit notes in NetSuite, including both purchase order and manual entries.Manage the onboarding of new suppliers, conducting credit checks and ensuringpliance with purchasing policies.Prepare and execute payments across multiple banks and legal entities, adhering to agreed payment terms and handling ad-hoc payments when required.Process and reconcile employee andpany card expenses, escalating any nonpliance with expense policies.Take full ownership of end-to-end accounts payable tasks for designated regions or countries.Month-End andplianceSupport other ad-hoc finance activities as needed to ensure efficient andpliant financial operations.What you'll need to succeed Demonstrate experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable or transactional finance environment.Willingness to learn end-to-end Accounts Payable tasks.Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills.Confident manner and ability to work well under pressure.Great attention to detail and accuracy – working consistently to a high standard.Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage own workload.Ability to work in a team as well as individually.What you'll get in return Great hourly rateFriendly team to work withStart asapThis could go permanent
