Working alongside colleagues,you’lltake ownership of the full delivery lifecycle and empower our AI teams to learn, grow, and succeed, always reflecting Kainos’ values.In this senior management role,you’llalso help shape the future of our AI practice by supporting practice development, training, recruitment, and business growth alongside the AI PracticeDirectorand Business DevelopmentDirector.Whatyou’lldo:Steer outstanding AI deliverySet the vision for our AI projects, guide teams to success, and ensure we delivergreat resultsfor clients and Kainos.You’llkeep projects on track financially and work closely with clients to build trust, create success factors, add value and managing expectations with care.Build and grow a brilliant teamWork closely with the AI PracticeLeadto help grow and develop our AI teamsupporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing talent development. You’llinspire a positive, creative culture where everyone can learn and succeed, provide clear goals and regular feedback, and coach your team to reach their best.You’llbe the go-to person for resolving issues and will build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and partners.Keep governance tight and quality high Ensure projects follow strong governance and quality standards from start to finish.You’llsupport health checks and risk assessments, and always keep information secure and confidential, settinga great examplefor your team.Drive growth Spotnew business opportunities, shape innovative solutions, and help Kainos win exciting projects.You’llalso help share our successes and make sure all contracts and commercial terms are handled with care and compliance.Continuous Improvement Drivecontinuous improvement across the AI Practice aligning with the latest thinking in Technology, Experience Design and Consulting. Champion innovation in AI tech and ways of working, both within projects and across the wider practice.Whatyou’llbring:Substantial experience in managing anddirectingproject teams includingpeoplemanagement responsibility. Experience of project delivery aimed at digital transformation usingAI. Experience of managing large-scaleAIprojects involving distributed teams in a multi-supplier environment. Evidence of developing and managingexcellentclient-supplier relationships and good knowledge of at least one industry vertical (e.g. Financial Services,Healthor Government). Broad technology experience, awareness of currentAItechnology trendsand regulationYou’llprovide a high standard of customer experience and have evidence of securingfollow onbusiness. You candemonstrateexperience of working on bids,contractsand commercial terms on projects.Highly flexible (including willingness to work away from home base). DESIRABLE Demonstrable success managing the delivery ofAItechnology-based projects includingAzure AI.Experience of user research, analytics and design disciplines and their contribution to the effective delivery of digital services and platforms. Embracing our differences  At Kainos, we believe in the power of diversity, equity and inclusion.
