Were working with a well-established financial planning firm in Chelmsford that is seeking a committed, career-focused Paraplanner to join their team. Whats on Offer: Competitive salary up to £50,000 (flexible for an exceptional candidate) A stable, office-based role with no hybrid or remote working A supportive environment where your organisational skills and attention to detail will be truly valued The Role: Youll be supporting two Financial Advisers, ensuring all aspects of the advice process are compliant, efficient, and client-focused. This is a broad and hands-on role, covering everything from back office tasks, to being client-facing, and managing annual review processes. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and maintaining client files and suitability reports Managing annual review processes and ensuring compliance Liaising with product providers and clients as needed Supporting advisers with research, meetings and technical analysis Handling administrative tasks with precision and professionalism What Were Looking For: Minimum 5 years experience in a paraplanning or similar technical role Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum) Strong organisational and communication skills A background in accounting or legal sectors is highly desirable Proven track record of long-term commitment in previous roles were looking for someone who wants to grow and stay Ideal Candidate: Youre a solid all-rounder who thrives in a structured, office-based environment. You take pride in your work, are proactive, and can be trusted to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
