Youll be part of a structured, supportive team helping children thrive in a tailored learning environment. We have flexible opportunities available including long-term, short-term, and daily supply-ideal for experienced SEND support staff or those seeking to expand their experience in specialist provisions. Key Responsibilities: Support pupils with EHCPs in a small-group setting within the Resource Base Implement structured learning activities and assist with access to the curriculum Use SEND-specific strategies and tools ( visual timetables, PECS, Makaton, sensory interventions) Collaborate with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals Promote independence, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience supporting pupils with Autism, speech and language needs, or SEMH Familiarity with specialist teaching strategies and behaviour support tools A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach Teamwork and excellent communication skills A relevant qualification ( CACHE Level 2/3) is desirable Requirements to Work with Prospero Teaching: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold a valid, enhanced child barred list DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one) Provide two child-related professional references covering the last two years To Apply:
