Responsibilities: As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will play a crucial role in their operations, including: Fabricating, adjusting, and repairing aerospace components using hand and power tools and machinery. Adhering to technical drawings, instructions, and processes. Meeting production targets. Taking initiative and working independently. Communicating effectively with your team and line manager. Sharing technical knowledge and expertise with colleagues. Participating in audits performed by external parties. Contributing to internal audit and process improvement programmes. Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience: To excel in this role, you should have: Practical experience and expertise in sheet metal techniques. Previous engineering experience. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings. The ability to operate machines, hand tools, and power tools. Experience with shaping various metals, including Titanium, Steel, and Aluminium. A panel beater skill set. Note: No welding experience is required; in-house training will be provided under the supervision of experienced personnel.
