Responsibilities: As a Paediatric Nurse, your responsibilities will include: Patient Care: Delivering high-quality nursing care to paediatric patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Administering medications, treatments, and interventions according to established protocols. Assessment and Planning: Conducting thorough assessments of paediatric patients and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop individualised care plans. Involving parents and guardians in care planning and providing support and education. Collaboration: Working closely with paediatricians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Participating in multidisciplinary rounds and contributing valuable insights to patient care plans. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC registration. Paediatric Nursing qualification and a passion for paediatric care. Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in paediatric nursing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
