This is a forward-thinking role where you'll be responsible for both negotiating sales and carrying out valuations, giving you variety, responsibility and room to grow.With a buzzing office atmosphere, a late start each day to support work-life balance, and a team that genuinely loves what they do, you'll find the perfect blend of autonomy and support. What You'll Be Doing:Managing and progressing residential property sales from start to finishConducting valuations and winning new instructionsCarrying out viewings, negotiating offers, and closing dealsBuilding strong, trusted relationships with buyers and sellersWorking 1 weekend in 4Managing your own diary, workload and priorities in a busy, fast-paced environmentBringing ideas to the table - your voice matters here What We're Looking For:Proven experience in property sales - valuations experience highly desirableA confident, people-first communicator with strong negotiation skillsHighly motivated, proactive and target-drivenSomeone who thrives in a lively, close-knit and supportive teamFull UK driving licence (preferred depending on location) What We Offer:Above-market-rate salary plus uncapped commissionA later daily start time to promote a healthy work-life balanceGenuine career progression and professional developmentA dynamic, sociable team environmentThe chance to make your mark in a respected and growing business Office Angels is an employment agency and business.
