You will be expected to have and excellent understanding of plant room and building services engineering, compliance and have a multiskilled background. Electrical and Mechanical (HVAC).The role is a Permanent position paying up to £48,000 basic. Mon-Fri days. Duties & ResponsibilitiesCompleting building services HVAC / electrical maintenance across commercial grade estatesTo undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical systemsTo cover all maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, building services plant room electrical systems.To complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreementsTo respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely serviceWork on AHU’s, fans coils and general HVAC plant roomMechanical and fabric tasks where requiredCompliance checksSmall works projectsLead works providing guidance to resident maintenance personnel, client managers and sub-contractorsProvide guidance on compliance and scheduling of checks plus visibility of compliance records Skills & Background RequiredRecognised professional engineering qualification, Level 3Ideally electrical engineering / Qualified Electrician or respective level mechanical/AC qualificationMultiskilled background, ideally to have experience on general HVAC plant including AHU’s, fan coils etc.18th editionIdeally F-Gas and mechanical trainingProven building maintenance experience within a commercial environmentMust be presentable, articulate with a sound understanding of compliance and PPM paperwork and recordsAble to clear security checkDriving license and willing to operate on a mobile basisFamiliar with Facilities Management Sector
