About the Role Reporting to senior fee earners, the successful candidate will: Manage client and matter files under supervision, ensuring full compliance with internal and regulatory requirements Provide expert legal advice to a diverse client base, including drafting and negotiating documentation Conduct various stages of legal proceedings efficiently to protect client interests Meet agreed KPIs, maintaining a commercial approach to financial management Assist in developing new business opportunities from existing clients and professional networks Commit to ongoing professional development within the Private Client sector Key Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will: Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented approach with excellent relationship-building skills Show adaptability and composure under pressure in a variety of circumstances Exhibit ambition, flexibility, and a strong desire to expand their legal knowledge Be able to work independently on straightforward matters, while collaborating with senior fee earners on complex cases Have experience in client and professional relationship management, and actively promote business development initiatives Possess clear communication skills, able to explain legal matters to clients with discretion and confidentiality Be highly organised, with excellent time management skills to ensure high-quality delivery Demonstrate proven drafting skills with strong attention to detail Have effective problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to tasks Why Apply?
