Senior Occupational Therapist ( OT ) Salary – £35,360 – £40,588 per annum Crawley, West Sussex Summary Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities. Together we are seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team within an acute service based in Crawley, West Sussex. The Senior Occupational Therapist will work in partnership with residents and carers to set realistic goals and develop collaborative intervention plans, with regular reviews to monitor progress and adapt. You will have practical experience of completing assessments, planning, implementing evidence based Occupational Therapy interventions and calculating outcomes aligned to care plans. The post holder will provide compassionate and effective leadership to junior staff, including support staff and assistants and will support in the completion of appraisals and personal development plans with junior staff.
