You'll take responsibility for electrical architecture development, component selection, and integration of high and low-voltage systems. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams - including mechanical, control systems, and production - to ensure all systems are efficient, safe, and compliant with relevant standards.Key Responsibilities - Senior Electrical Engineer:Lead the design and integration of electrical architectures, including power distribution and control systemsDevelop schematics, wiring diagrams, harness layouts, and technical documentationOversee electrical system design reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering teamsSelect and specify components, cables, and switchgear for HV/LV applicationsSupport build, commissioning, and testing phases, including troubleshooting and validationDevelop and maintain internal electrical standards, documentation, and design processesMentor junior engineers and provide leadership within the electrical design functionEssential Criteria - Senior Electrical Engineer:Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electronic, Control, or related Engineering disciplineMinimum 3 years' experience in electrical design or integration engineeringProficiency with electrical CAD tools (EPlan, Zuken, or similar) and 2D/3D CAD software such as AutoCAD or CATIAStrong understanding of LV/HV systems, power distribution, and control systems integrationHands-on experience with testing, fault-finding, and electrical commissioningKnowledge of electrical safety standards and system certification requirementsThe Opportunity: This is a senior-level position within a growing engineering organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
