They are a relatively new consultancy but are making waves in the extremely strong North East market. They are a professional, employee driven business that are currently expanding rapidly.I am currently recruiting for Lead Generators as part of their current expansion. Competitive salary + uncapped commission. OTE £30-60k.Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, full time, permanent role. Ongoing training and support given.These roles present a great sales opportunity within an energetic and highly successful business and working environment.The role:As an Energy Consultant, you will be making outbound B2B, sourcing and generating new business. You will be working to KPI’s and rewarded with an uncapped commission structure (realistic OTE £60K+).Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong, resilient telephone manner. Strong B2B Sales background, ideally within the energy sector Responsibilities: Identifying and prospect new business Client account management Hitting KPI’s and targets Accurate recording of sales info & customer details Strong work ethicFantastic Package:Excellent salary, negotiable on experience Uncapped commission structure Training, development and full supportBusiness hours 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday Monthly sales incentives Potential for career developmentYou:Will be a resilient, determined and highly driven sales professional Will have a minimum of 12 months experience, B2BHave experience of the energy sector Have knowledge of the energy market and experience of working in a similar role is essentialThis is a very exciting time to join a thriving energy consultancy that is currently experiencing an unprecedented level of growth.
