Job Title: Social Worker – Stockport – Adult Community TeamLocation: StockportRate: £30.00An exciting job role has recently become available at the Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council. They are looking for a new member for their Adult Community Team. What will your responsibilities be? As a Social Worker in the Adult Community Team at Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments of need and risk, and developing support plans that are person-centred and outcome-focused. You will provide prompt support to address immediate risks and needs in crisis situations, and identify, investigate, and manage potential safeguarding issues. Qualifications and Experiences: You must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, and hold a full UK driving licence.
