**Hybrid - working across Stockport bases and some home working. Must be in the office at least 2 days per week, with possible requirement for more days in office dependant on service needs.**

**Your Role**

Do you want to make a difference? We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Social Workers, Senior Social Workers and Assistant Team Leaders who want to make a difference and have a passion for working with adults.

This is an exciting opportunity to have your practice recognised as exemplary and share your professional wisdom with your colleagues and other professionals. You will work directly with people who use services, and those who care for them, as well as families, communities and providers to ensure safe practice and protection from abuse.

You will work with a diverse group of individuals, to promote their independence and advocate their decisions, views, and choices within their personal agreed outcomes. If you are looking for a social work job which provides variety, growth, and challenges then this is the post for you. You will lead on and continue to develop and embed community led support (CLS); ensuring people have the right support in the area they require it. Producing high quality assessments, accurately assessing and managing the highest level of risk and complexity.

**About You**

To excel in this role, you will be a qualified Social Worker dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for our residents. The ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, families and partners is key to this role, along with working collaboratively within your team and contributing to it’s development.
