Key Responsibilities: Supporting pupils with SEND on a 2:1 ratio or delivering 1:1 interventionsBuilding positive, trusting relationships with pupilsCreating a safe, welcoming, and well-organised learning environmentCollaborating with teaching staff to plan and deliver high-impact interventionsMaintaining strong communication with families, schools, and external agenciesBeing a supportive and collaborative team player Requirements: You have recently graduated with a degree in Occupational Therapy or similarA confident approach to behaviour managementAn understanding of trauma-informed strategies and a commitment to building connections before setting correctionsA natural team player who can promote a supportive and inclusive environment for allDemonstrated understanding and prioritisation of safeguarding principles Why Work with Us?
