This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive monitoring framework to provide assurance to the Board and Senior Management Team. The successful candidate will execute a program of monitoring activities across systems, controls, and business conduct to ensure regulatory compliance. Requirements: Experience in policy advisory, monitoring, remediation, and assurance across various financial services and markets. Ability to apply regulatory judgment to internal and market information. Strong analytical, interpretative, and communication skills, with the capability to effectively influence and network within the organization. Proficient in analysing and evaluating data, with sound judgment to determine appropriate actions and solutions. Effective project management skills, ensuring clear understanding of work stream scope, timelines, and deliverables. Ability to write clear and impactful reports. Comfortable with gathering, analysing, and evaluating facts, and preparing concise oral and written reports. Ability to work fairly, objectively, and impartially with absolute integrity. Excellent investigative skills, with a knack for accurately analysing information. Strong leadership and influencing abilities, with ease in interacting with senior stakeholders. Self-motivated and capable of leading and driving progress on complex projects.
